cara2 nak wat egg detoks...
kene mkn telur jek min utk 1 ari 6 biji telur.....(x kisah la utk breakfast ke,lunch ke or dinner..)
and kene minom air lebih 3 liter
ni salah 1 cth yg cleo buat ekk
(Detox Telur simple saje rules dier mase cleo buat dulu cleo makan 6 fried eggs in a day, minum green tea and water
(3Litres or more lebih bagus), makan multivitamins, cleo tak
add any sauce or anything, lost 3KG in 3 days cubaler ikut
